EBT cardholders should never give their EBT card information in response to emails, text messages, or phone calls. Service of Legal Papers on the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance

The Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) is an agency of the State of New York. Service of a summons, complaint, or a subpoena upon the agency must be made as set forth in the Civil Practice Law and Rules §307 or as required by the applicable federal practice rule.

To make personal service upon OTDA or the OTDA Commissioner in his or her capacity as Commissioner (including any designees for this purpose), papers should be served at:
