Service of Legal Papers on the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance

The Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) is an agency of the State of New York. Service of a summons, complaint, or a subpoena upon the agency must be made as set forth in the Civil Practice Law and Rules §307 or as required by the applicable federal practice rule.
