Needs Assessment and Public Hearings

Notice of Needs Assessment Public Comment Period — To provide for input on the development of the New York State Plan for the 2024-2025 Home Energy Assistance Program. Comments must be received by the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance no later than 5 p.m. on April 30, 2024 in order to be included in the needs assessment process.
