Programs overseen by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance – including Public Assistance and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) – are not immediately affected by the federal government shutdown and are continuing to operate. Description:

Through this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (“OTDA”) of the State of New York (“State”) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified MWBE vendors to provide the Bureau of Audit and Quality Improvement (A&QI) qualified individuals interested in providing statistical consulting services in conducting Quality Control (QC) reviews, audit work in support of its mission, and special projects throughout OTDA. OTDA seeks to obtain proposals from qualified MWBE vendors to provide statistical consulting services as needed for projects related to OTDA programs (including Temporary Assistance for Needly Families (TANF), Maintenance of Effort (MOE), and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
