OTDA and its EBT provider, ebtEDGE, will never contact clients asking for EBT information. EBT cardholders should never give their EBT card information in response to emails, text messages, or phone calls. Outreach Materials

  • Summer EBT Outreach Flyer — Use this outreach flyer to educate families about Summer EBT. It can be distributed electronically or printed by schools, community organizations, food banks and pantries, and any other organization that serves families with school-age children.
  • Sample Newsletter Articles — Use these sample newsletter articles (short and long versions) for email updates, newsletters, or website content to help educate families about Summer EBT.
  • Social Media Graphics — Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) graphics that any providers/school organization can download and share on their social media platforms to raise awareness about Summer EBT in New York State.
